So let's get started

Well time to get busy. Tonight we have to get the workout started. Both the 100 push-ups and the 200 sit-ups are from the same site on the web. they have a few more, we will be adding another later this year. I have been doing the push-up work out already with good success. i stopped when i started the blog and decided to restart that work out and use the blog to chart it. The sit ups i have not done, i mean really 200 sit ups? who's wise ass ideas was that!! BUT we need to do something to get ready for the Oct 30 plan. so i will get the chart on the blog and do the pretest on both this weekend to see where we start at. I'm heading to Vegas next week for work so i will have access to a treadmill, so the running begins next week as well. Are you people ready because i know I'm not. This is gonna hurt!
