Workout sheets

I added the workout sheets for the Push-ups and the Sit-ups. I'm still working on the running log sheet. I'm not sure how I'm going to do that one but i should have something by next weeks start time. So follow along, go to the workout page and you should find the links to my log sheets.
I'm finding more and more stuff to play with on the WWW that i can attach to this blog. I think after i get some workouts posted I'll try and slide some graphs in for you graphy type people. If anyone has any other ideas for the Blog, drop me a comment.
